Sweat Classes
Join the Bossfit community with our drop in sweat classes. Whether you’re looking to improve your endurance, supplement your current routine or get inspired with a new way to move, this is the place for you. No experience or onboarding required.

Level up your group training with our progressive small group classes and be a barbell boss. We've designed a strength and conditioning program that follows a daily plan and delivers results.

Personal Training
Personal training is great if you’re new to fitness, looking for accountability, or have struggled with injuries. You’ll get all access to your own trainer who will build a unique program based on your needs and abilities and guide you every step of your transformation.

Wellness Services
A healthy body is one that sleeps well, eats well and moves well. At bossfit we're proud to include physical therapy, stretch & massage, nutrition advice, as well as, an infrared sauna & physical assessments using the In-Body machine to help you achieve your goals.
