It’s hard to pick just one, but my top 3 are deadlifts, lunges and burpees.
WHY DID YOU BECOME A TRAINER?
I never saw being a trainer on my life path, I sort of fell into it and then fell in love with helping others and spreading my knowledge. I want to help others feel as empowered as I did when I fist started working out and incorporating weights into training. Being strong and capable is a really good feeling.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT BOSS?
I love the family vibe we have. Everyone is so welcoming and legitimately friends. It’s a comfortable environment that everyone enjoys being a part of!
FAVORITE CLASS TO TRAIN?
I love teaching Monday mornings! I’m a big believer in starting the week off right. I find MY best workouts are typically on a Monday so I love seeing others come in extra motivated and ready to go too.
SOMETHING MOST PEOPLE DON’T KNOW ABOUT YOU?
I hate public speaking! I get the worst anxiety and completely lock up, which is ironic because that’s part of what I do everyday and I’m usually the loudest one in the gym.
IF YOU COULD HAVE A SUPERPOWER?
Probably to morph into an animal! Ive always wanted to live like one of my dogs for a day, they have it way too good!
