What to expect:
Take advantage of living in the best beach town with us as we walk, jog, or run the seawall. These last couple months have been hectic, so why not slow things down with us and enjoy a beautiful ocean view, get a sweat on, and mingle with our awesome community!

Vision Board Workshop
What to expect: as we all know, January is the month of “new year resolutions”. But did you know by mid February more than 80% of people who set resolutions fall off track?
That's why this month, for the first time, we are hosting a vision board workshop. We know how hard it can be to visualize yourself a year from now, let alone know what actionable steps need to be made to get there.
Join us as Jessy helps us reflect on our goals for the new year and create personalized vision boards that you can take home and keep as a reminder of who you want to become this year. Knowing how busy life gets, Stephanie will teach us some habit building techniques so we can learn how to make realistic goals that last all year.
Jessie, our somatic herbalist, is kindly providing some of her high-quality tea, to ensure we can relax and truly visualize our future together.
