Sweat classes are designed for anyone and all experience levels, no onboarding required.

 
 

Whether you’re looking to build up your endurance, supplement your current routine or get inspired with a new way to sweat, expect a great workout meant to leave you energized for the day.

Along with our Signature Sweat classes, Yoga, and Track workouts we’re always rotating in new classes to help you live your fittest, raddest life!

CLASS OPTIONS

    SUNDAY YOGA.

    Come together every Sunday with the community for “Intuitive Flow Yoga” - a “non-yogi-yoga” class, designed to recover and lengthen, taught by Paisley O’Shea.

    MIDDAY MOVES.

    This fun-loving, sports-inspired workout is going to have you moving like you did at recess. Think partner-challenges, playful movements and getting outside of the box with a sweaty workout.

    BEST OF VENTURA.

    This class gets you outside, depending on the season, we rotate through the beach, track and park for an outdoor all-goes workout. We’ll use the elements to challenge you in a new way and get a calorie-torching workout in under the sun!

    SIGNATURE SWEAT.

    This minimal equipment class is designed to work every part of your body, to challenge your cardio endurance and leave you feeling energized. We start with an active mobility warm-up followed with mostly bodyweight, cardio circuits, and ending with our fun “team-finisher.”

    RECOVERY SWEAT.

    Intentionally put in the middle of the week, this class is a combination between mobility, steady-state cardio and low-intensity full body movements. You’ll leave this class feeling refreshed, lengthened and recovered so you can come back stronger.

    STRETCH & MOBILITY.

    Once a week we spend 30 minutes stretching, lengthening and improving our range of motion. We incorporate foam rollers and lacrosse balls to help ease tight and sore areas by relaxing your trigger points, improving circulation, and overall helping your muscles recover more quickly.
