WHY DID YOU BECOME A TRAINER?
I have patience for guiding people and have always had a love for exercising. I also appreciate the positive mental headspace that come along with feeling strong & healthy. The idea of sharing my knowledge with others and pursuing a career I’m passionate about fueled my desire to pursue training full time.

I feel it’s important to focus on people’s strengths, so I always make an effort to tell them! And I genuinely get excited when their movement improves and when they start seeing results.

I’ve recently gotten into slacklining.

I want to help people move better so I incorporate functional movements and exercises that help aid them with their daily life. You can expect mobility work and being pushed just the right amount to achieve your goals.
