HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE OTHERS?

Fitness can be intimidating and scary. I try to motivate others by meeting them where they’re at and being their biggest cheerleader. I’m also a natural performer, so if I need to distract you during a wall sit with an improvised stand up routine, I will step-up to the occasion.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT BOSS?

I love Boss's integrity to its mission: High quality functional movement that is accessible, understandable and fun fitness. Boss is the real deal, and as someone who very firmly plays on the “movement for mental health” team, whether I’m teaching a class or taking one, I always feel like why soul is fed, my body feels strong and my mind is sharp.

To create space in the industry for folks who aren’t traditionally represented in fitness spaces to feel seen, heard and represented in a safe environment.
